We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. This includes change of mind, an incorrect size or colour chosen at checkout, and items that are no longer wanted after purchase.
Orders are sent to our fulfilment centre immediately after payment and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Please review your items, selected options and shipping address carefully before you complete checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address supplied at checkout are not eligible for a refund.
If anything is wrong with your order, email us at info@cartadvantage.com with your order number and clear photos, and we will look into it with the carrier and our fulfilment centre.
